Our website is open to accept your orders and we are taking all the necessary actions to ensure the healthy & safety of our customers. Orders may take up to 3 days to process. When will my order ship?
Orders placed on BUYlashes.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin to process the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Does BUYlashes ship internationally?
We are currently shipping to worldwide. Please note that import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and BUYlashes.com encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to BUYlashes.com at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
How long will I have to wait for my goodies?
- Orders shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS may take 2 - 5 business days to be delivered.
- Shipping may require a few more days for rural addresses and is not available for P.O. Boxes.
- Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
- Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 45 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to modify any orders. If you need to change your order, please cancel it and place another order with us.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.
What if I don't love my stuff?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) along with any free gifts associated with the returned merchandise in sellable condition and your original sales receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase. Electrical items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or refund your money less shipping costs. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for merchandise returned. Furniture and special order items that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only with manufacturer's discretion. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via FedEx or UPS ground service.
All returns/exchanges must have filled out an RMA request form located below, prior to shipping item back to be eligible to receive a refund.
Non-Returnable Policy: All sales on acrylic, gels, nippers, pushers, tattoo, anklets, toe rings, body jewelry and skin care are final. These items are not returnable due to sanitization and hygienic purposes. Books, DVD's, CD's, videos and airbrush equipment are not returnable unless items are unused and packaged in original shrinkwrap. Special orders are not returnable. We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on Electronic items that have been opened and/or partially used.
• Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
• Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a store credit or a replacement or full refund less shipping costs when you return your product. If you request a refund, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from original invoice will be deducted from your refund.
• We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
RMA Request Form
To initiate a return fill out the form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All returns/exchanges require RMA number.
We allow 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of any problems or returns that may be needed. Once the product is received and verified to be in saleable condition, the full refund less shipping costs will be initiated. We do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise.
